 Verona, Vicenza, Padua & Venice

February 11-February 13, 2021

Upon arrival February 11^th, you will transfer to Verona, a delightful city for enjoying a guided tour* including the Roman Arena* and Juliet’s balcony before continuing to your hotel in Vicenza. Complete the afternoon exploring the city before dinner. The morning of February 12^th, you will depart Vicenza on a scenic train* to Padua! Padua is an old university town with an illustrious academic history that is rich in art and architecture.  Upon arrival to Padua, a guided tour of the city* is planned, including the Scrovengi Chapel* and St. Anthony’s Basilica*. Your adventure continues February 13^th, on a picturesque train* ride to Venice! Today you will have a guided tour of the city* where you may see sights such as St. Mark’s Basilica*, the colorful Doge’s Palace*, and the famous Bell Tower. This afternoon, you may enjoy an optional Gondola ride (free to those who register and pay the deposit by the deadline).

Florence

February 14-February 17, 2021

As birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence will thrill you with its treasures! Upon your arrival by train* on February 14^th, spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring sites as determined by your advisor after checking into your hotel. February 15^th will begin with a guided city tour*, to include many of the important sights of this historic town including the Accademia*, home to Michelangelo’s “David” and Uffizi Gallery*. On February 16^th spend your day at leisure exploring optional area points of interest with your advisor such as the Boboli Gardens, Dante’s house, the Medici Chapel, various museums and shopping in the straw market and open-air market. On February 17^th you will depart Florence for an excursion* to Siena and San Gimignano where you will take a step back in time to Medieval Tuscany, before returning to Florence this evening.

Rome

February 18 – 21, 2021

Bid farewell to Florence on February 18^th, as you continue to Rome. After checking into your hotel, enjoy time exploring this beautiful city before ending the day with dinner. February 19^th will begin exploring Rome with a guided tour of the city* including the Colosseum & Forum*. End the day exploring Rome with your tour leader including such sights as the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and much more. February 20^th enjoy a guided tour* of the Vatican Museums*. Later this afternoon you may wish to visit such sights as San Pietro in Vincoli, Castle Sant Angelo or many others with your tour leader. On February 21^st, you will depart for your return flight to the United States with unforgettable memories of your Italian journey!

**The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $3,985; (Airfare included) otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard estimated non-discounted price is $4,085 (Airfare Included).  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. The trip is based on triple occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Orlando, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts, and 2 dinners. In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $365.00 per person. A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $150.00 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees.
