Today you depart the United States on your overnight flight to Europe, naturally meals will be served and optional in-flight entertainment will be offered. Please refer to your flight schedule for pertinent details.

Friday, March 23^rd  

Upon arrival to Paris, you will transfer to your hotel for check in before meeting your guide for a full day tour exploring the city of lights.  Points of interest will include Galeries Lafayette, the Champs-Elysees,  the Opera Garnier, Notre Dame, Petit Palais and the Louvre*.

Saturday, March 24^th  

Dedicate today to exploring Paris with your full day guide including planned visits the Catacombs*, Musee d’Orsay*, Musee d”Orangerie* and Sacre Coeur.  Later this evening you may wish to ascend the Eiffel Tower (free to those who register by the deadline.)

Sunday, March 25^th

Bid farewell to Paris as you board an early morning hi-speed train to Chambery! Upon your arrival to Chambery you will be met by your homestay families.

You will depart Chambery for transfer to Lyon for your flight back to the United States, taking with you unforgettable memories of your journey.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $2,850.oo; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $2,950.00.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on twin occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Jacksonville, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe and all breakfasts.  Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours in Paris are included in the tour price(pending availability) Catacombs, Musee d’Orsay, Musee de l’Orangerie and Louvre.  In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable.  Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price.  Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice.  A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.  A $500.00 non-refundable initial deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour.  All tour participants must submit an online application.  Please go to “Student/Traveler Sign Up” on the home page at www.EAtours.com.  Your tour number is 218106.  A second payment of $500, will be due no later than 30 days after your initial payment. Final payments are due no later than seventy (70) days before departure.  Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure.  Please note:  This may not be an officially school sponsored program.
