Upon arrival in Rome you will be transferred to Florence via private coach. After checking into your hotel you will spend the evening exploring area points of interest with your tour leader. Dinner is included tonight.

Begin this morning with a guided walking city tour including the Academia. Later this afternoon you will enjoy a visit to the Uffizi Gallery and an optional visit to the beautiful Bell Tower, free to those who submitted their application by the deadline.

Dedicate today to discovering the fantastic sites this city has to offer with your tour leader including museums, churches, markets, and much more. Highlights may include optional visits to the Medici Chapel, shopping in the straw market and open-air market, visiting a leather factory or strolling across the Ponte-Vecchio to see the gold and silver shops.

Today begins with a guided tour of the city including the Colosseum and Forum. This afternoon a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is planned.

Embark on an exciting excursion to ancient Pompeii before returning to Rome this evening when you may want to enjoy a savory Gelato, free to those who submitted their application by the deadline.

This morning a visit to the Capitoline Museum is planned. Dedicate this afternoon to exploring Rome with your tour leader. You may optionally wish to visit such sights as San Pietro in Vincoli, Castle San Angelo, the Temple of Minerva, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and much more. Your farewell dinner is included tonight.
