Built on a network of centuries-old canals, Amsterdam is a delightful city.  The largest and most cosmopolitan city of the Netherlands, it is also the diamond-cutting capital of the world.  The afternoon of your arrival you will enjoy discovering area points of interest with a guided tour* of the city including the Rijksmuseum*, considered one of the top three art museums in the world and home to Rembrandt’s “Nightwatch”. As part of the training environment for the soccer institute at Montverde Academy you will have a chance over the next seven days to embark upon soccer excursions* outside of Amsterdam each day. Time permitting; you might want to explore this delightful city to stop in a specialty shop where you will find Dutch cheeses, chocolate, traditional wooden clogs and much more before returning to the United States on March 30^th with fond memories, amazing experiences and perhaps a souvenir or two from your European adventure.
