More About Group Leader and Teacher Rewards

Leading an educational tour is fun and exciting. EA Tours understands that as a Teacher or Group Leader you will be making a substantial commitment of your personal time and resources. We believe you should be rewarded (with more than just points which are basically pointless) and receive a Travel Allowance that you can use anyway you see fit.

The Stipend Chart shown above is based on standard INTERNATIONAL tour pricing and, depending on custom design options, may be subject to change or alteration as well as approval by participating group leader and/or teacher. Even though most of our clients maintain a 1:6 (one free trip per 6 paying participants) ratio for international travel and 1:10 (one free trip per ten paying participants) for domestic travel, you can control this ratio. The number of earned trips ratio can be customized to suit your needs.

Your Travel Options Are:

• Once you have reached the amount of paying participants required for earned trip(s), you are eligible to receive a cash stipend (can be used anyway you wish) for each paying participant NOT counted towards and earned trip.

• Or, depending on your needs, you can opt to receive an additional discounted (pro-rated trip price based on your pertinent ratio) trip.
