Focus on the Adventure

With more than 45 years experience hosting tens of thousands of students on educational tours worldwide, EA Tours reliably delivers the experience of a lifetime.

Group Leaders are the lifeblood of the educational tours industry. That’s why no one supports them and rewards them for all that they contribute better than EA Tours. We are proud to incentivize our loyal student group leaders with paid stipends and travel opportunities.

Our ‘Your Trip, Your Way’ approach makes EA Tours the perfect choice for student travel. We help you help students see the sights and get exposed to the local culture for unforgettable tour experiences. We also rely on you to help support our most valuable service, our parent-approved security measures, to ensure all EA Tours travelers enjoy a safe travel adventure.

Our Group Leaders help students, participating parents, and others understand the unique travel experience advantages of EA Tours. During your trip and after your return, we’ll also help those who are interested prepare and share personal stories highlighting your experience to help you establish your foundation as a Social Media Influencer.

If you’re interested in becoming an EA Tours Group Leader reach out to us at info@EAtours.com for details.

Working together Group Leaders, teacher and EA Tour Coordinators make travel planning easy. Once your itinerary is determined, and your dates are confirmed, EA Tours works to identify the best air fare, hotel, and daily event rates so you can get the most for your travel budget. Of course, picking you destination and dates is just the start since there’s so much to do at every student travel destination. Our Tour Coordinators will work with your group to build just the right daily itinerary package to maximize your experience. We personalize ‘Your Trip, Your Way’ so you can take full advantage of all that your chosen destination cities have to offer. After your trip plan logistics have been determined, we’ll prepare a customized brochure and posters to share with all interested students, faculty and parents who might want to come along. We’ll provide support for a school kick-off meeting to help your teachers and Group Leaders explain all the trip details, how travelers can sign up, and all the support available from EA Tours to ensure everyone has the experience of a lifetime. As your departure date approaches, all confirmed participants will know exactly what to expect, what to bring, and how we’ll work together as a team to make sure everyone gets the most out of the trip while also staying safe.

When travelling to places unfamiliar to you, safety and security begins with knowing where to go and where not to go. Every city has sections of town that are better to avoid, especially after the sun goes down. Every tourist destination has some level of a reputation for less than desirable activities, whether it’s pick pockets, scammers, or what have you.

EA Tours proactively and effectively manages such safety and security situations in a number of ways. First and foremost, our tour groups are always led by a highly experienced Tour Director and only stay in hotels near the city center.

Every daily excursion is hosted directly by an EA Tours employee, not farmed out to high-volume, low-cost subcontractors who may not be as fully committed to the personal safety and well-being of every group participant.

Teachers/Group Leaders and EA Tours Tour Directors are constantly reminding travelers about safety concerns and making sure everyone is on the same page for what to watch out for and how to respond in case of an emergency.

Educational tours are meant for learning, and an important part of a student travel experience is helping them get to know how to handle themselves in unfamiliar settings. That includes learning how to be conscious of their surroundings and watching out for each other. EA Tour travelers learn how to avoid situations that are less than safe and how to conduct themselves like seasoned travelers.

Especially with international travel, safety and security are always a concern for parents and students alike. EA Tours has an industry-leading track record of ensuring traveler safety and is committed to operating with low student leader-to-student ratios to ensure proper supervision and situational control. We promote keen awareness of any condition that could distract from the educational tour experience and are happy to review our Emergency Safety and Support policies in detail with parents and students.

Whether it’s the first or final hurdle before confirming educational tour travel plans, parental permission is almost always the cause of your child’s greatest anxiety. EA Tours recognizes, and respects parent’s need to do due diligence in order to ensure their child’s safety. The experience and reputation of the educational travel firm contracted by your school is paramount, but it’s just the beginning.

Especially when travelling with students who are excited about a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience, looking to explore all that there is to learn and see, nothing is more important than earning trust in the details for how your tour provider ensures their safety. EA Tours has an industry leading reputation for ensuring student travelers are never put into situations where their safety or security is at risk.

An important advantages of your child’s travel experience is the encouraged opportunity for you, as their parent, to accompany them on the trip. Essentially all EA Tour travel experiences include multiple parents from the school, who in addition to teachers and other school administrators who may be travelling with us, are always welcomed as chaperones.

Even if you or your spouse are not able to join us, EA Tours encourages each student to check in with their family daily, not just through social media posts, but through personal message exchanges or video calls to share their experiences and keep their family informed.

EA Tours is committed to keeping parents fully informed about what to expect before, during, and after each tour and are always available to answer any questions.
