All tours are subject to availability and confirmation. EA Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and transportation arrangements as needed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, political conditions, or airline schedule changes. Any modifications will be communicated promptly, and suitable alternatives will be provided.
Tour prices are quoted based on group size, travel dates, and specific inclusions at the time of proposal. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in group size. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the payment schedule provided in your tour agreement.
Cancellation terms vary by tour and are specified in your individual tour agreement. In general, cancellations made well in advance of the departure date may be eligible for partial refunds. Cancellations made close to the departure date may be subject to penalties. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation needs.
EA Tours strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. We can provide information about travel insurance options upon request.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. EA Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to insufficient documentation. Travelers must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries visited, as well as the rules and guidelines established by EA Tours and its tour directors.
EA Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and various travel service providers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour due to the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. EA Tours' liability is limited to the tour price paid.
All content on the EA Tours website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of EA Tours or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Your trip, your way!” is a registered trademark of EA Tours.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hernando County, Florida.
