Happy Friday travelers! Considered one of the greatest military strategists, Napoleon I rose to prominence during the latter years of the French Revolution. For this week’s photo I wanted to share with you his grandiose tomb that lies under the golden dome at Les Invalides. Having taken a class on Napoleon at university, I was beyond thrilled when I had the opportunity to visit this magnificent museum.
