The city hosts many world-renowned bridges, skyscrapers and parks. Museum encounters, Broadway shows, and historical remembrances make this trip entertaining and rewarding. Bring these memories home with you on March 5th.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK

March 2, 2026

Upon arrival to New York, you will be met by your private coach and transfer to your hotel.  After checking in to the hotel, you will depart for Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty* and marvel at symbolism of freedom, inspiration, and hope. Then explore Battery Park*, originally named “Kapsee” or rocky ledge, and study the history of the American Revolution era at Fraunces Tavern Museum*. After lunch, experience bustling Wall Street and the Charging Bull*, representing growth and prosperity. You will then visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum*, a memorial built to honor and remember those killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Enjoy a mesmerizing sky view of NYC at One World Observatory* before Dinner* and free time to explore.

 

March 3, 2026

Start your day with an adventurous Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour of Central Park*. See Central Park Zoo, Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge, even the American Museum of Natural History. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated free time, to check off your bucket list items, such as shopping on 5th Ave, seeing the wonderous St. Patrick’s Cathedral, or viewing Central Park from the Rockefeller Center’s Observation Deck. Join your group for Dinner* and tour of Time Square*. Close your evening with a hit show on Broadway!

 

March 4, 2026

Begin your morning in the Greenwhich Village* examining exhibitions of living American artists’ work at the Whitney Museum*, established in 1930. Then tour the Village and stroll through Washington Square Park* for a cultural experience. Venture over to Chelsea Market* for your lunch and exploration before your “floating in the air” at the Highline Walk and Observatory*.  Enjoy shopping in Soho before your group Dinner*. Enjoy an free evening to explore the night life and views that the city has to offer.

 

March 5, 2026

This morning you will board your private motor coach for one last adventure to a guided tour of the iconic Radio City Music Hall*. The Hall holds a 90-year record for being the largest indoor theater in the world! You will receive a lunch* allowance while waiting to board your flight for  home, taking with you memories of this amazing journey.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **At the time of printing of this brochure, the applicable airfares required for the travel dates are not yet available and won’t be available until approximately 7 months prior to departure.   As a result, even though EA Tours believes from past experience that the tour price shown above is fairly accurate, the tour price may vary and is subject to change. The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, starts at $1800.00.  The tour price is based on four persons to a room and includes round-trip airline transportation from TBD, hotel accommodations, 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners, sightseeing, entrance fees if required and private motor-coach transportation.  A guaranteed triple room may be  available for a supplemental fee of $65.00 per person upon request. A guaranteed twin room for a supplemental fee of $180.00 per person may be available upon request. A guaranteed Single room for a supplemental fee of $525.00.00 per person may be available upon request.  Anticipated sites and activities to be visited (including entrance fees if applicable) include the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Fraunces Tavern Museum, Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Central Park, Central Park Zoo, American Museum of Natural History, Broadway Show(TBA), Whitney Museum, Greenwhich Village, Washington Square Park, Chelsea Market, Highline Walk and Observatory, SOHO, Koreatown, and Radio City Music Hall. Please note that all above-mentioned scheduled activities are subject to change, substitution or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. availability, weather, traffic, etc.). A guaranteed single, double, or triple room may be available for a supplemental charge upon email request. Included are the estimated applicable governmental airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees.  The applicable tour conditions are listed on the online application.

 

ALL travelers are required to file an official online application at EAtours.com.  In addition to filing an online tour application, a $250.00 non-refundable (for any reason) deposit payment is also due no later than March 3, 2025, and should be paid directly to the school.  The deposit payment, along with ALL subsequent payments, should be made directly to your school. To file your online application, please visit www.eatours.com and go to the “Student/Traveler Signup” page.   You MUST enter your tour number, 226216.   Further trip payments (amount to be determined) will be collected by your school and disbursed directly to EA Tours.  Final trip details will be released approximately 30 days before departure.

 

EA Tours reserves the right, if required / requested, to reschedule the trip dates. In the event the trip is rescheduled, tour cancellation rules (dated deadlines, penalties, etc.)  as listed in the Tour Conditions on the Tour Participant Application and agreement apply.
