On October 27th, 2024, you will depart Memphis on a flight bound for Miami. Your private motor coach will take you to your Key Largo destination.  Bring these memories home with you on October 30^th, 2024.

Key Largo

On October 27^th, EA Tours has been selected to facilitate your flight* bound for Miami and your private motor coach* that will transport you to MarineLab, Key Largo, Florida. Enroute you will stop for lunch* before your activities begin. Your teacher has organized an exciting 3-night, 4-day educational camp with the MarineLab, Key Largo. These activities are independent of EA Tours. On October 30^th, you will depart sunny Key Largo by private motor coach* where you will board your flight* for Memphis. Dinner* allowance will be provided for your trip home.

 

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $875.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the $875.00 tour price is subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which is estimated to be $26.00. You are allowed to use a credit card for your initial $500.00 deposit.  The tour price includes round-trip airline transportation from Memphis, TN, private motor coach round-trip transportation from Miami, FL, 1 lunch and 1 dinner. Your teacher has organized with MarineLab in Key Largo for planned educational activities that are independent of EA Tours. A minimum number of paying tour participants, travelling together, may be required for the tour offering to remain valid. The applicable tour conditions are listed on the online application. There is a $500 non-refundable (FOR ANY REASON) deposit due to be eligible for the trip. The $500 deposit is due July 1, 2024. The final payment is due no later than September 20th, 2024, for which you will be invoiced.

Additional details will be supplied approximately 30 days before departure. Please note that additional tour conditions are stated on the Tour Participant Application.

 

The waiver and release of liability as listed below is in addition to those already stated on the Tour Conditions of the official tour participant Application and Participation Agreement.

 

By paying the initial NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON deposit and/or subsequent payments, it is understood that participation in the Bayou Academy trip to Key Largo is voluntary. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for which EA Tours will be sending you information. It is further acknowledged that as a Tour Participant, I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with travel because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have knowingly chosen to accept and assume all such associated risks and dangers. It is further understood that, if in the event a participant contracts COVID-19, or any other illness, prior to departure and are unable to travel on the prescribed trip, they are still subject to the tour conditions and refund policy as stated in the online Application and Participation Agreement. It is further agreed to release, waive, covenant not to sue, hold harmless and forever discharge Voyager Travel, Inc., dba EA Tours, its officials, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms, whether known or unknown, resulting from or related to participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel. It is further agreed to indemnify and hold Voyager Travel, Inc. dba EA Tours, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses), injuries, or other harms incurred as a result of any claims or suits that (or anyone claiming by, under, or through me) may be brought to recover any liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms that arise during or as a result of my participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel. It is expressly agreed and understood that this Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida. Additionally, by making any payments (whatsoever), it is acknowledged that these conditions have been carefully read and that this is a Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability.
