PARIS

May 30 – June 2, 2025

Paris waits to greet you on May 30^th, with all the charm and elegance for which it is famous. Following your transfer to your hotel and checking in, your adventure begins with a visit to the Paris Catacombs*. Over the next couple of days opportunities abound for you to practice combining your art skills with the inspiring picturesque scenery to capture the Parisian charm in the “City of Lights.” You will finish your first night in Paris with dinner*. May 31^st, a visit is planned for the Louvre Museum* (the world’s largest art museum), housing such legends as the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory and the Mona Lisa, and a PM visit to the Palace of Versailles* home to Louis XIV, the Sun King. The opulent Palace and the surrounding grounds will astound you! This evening, you will see the “City of Lights” from the Eiffel Tower*. On the morning of June 1^st, you will travel by train for a day visit to Giverny*, the house and gardens of the historically famous French painter, Claude Monet. Upon your return you will embark on a Seine River cruise*. On the morning of June 2^nd, you will depart Paris to Florence.

 

FLORENCE

June 2 – June 6, 2025

On June 2^nd, you will arrive in Florence, known around the world for the historic architecture, beautiful art, and cultural heritage. After checking in to your hotel, you will visit the Basilica of Santa Croce*, the largest Franciscan church in the world. Most notable for featuring it’s sixteen chapels. Dinner* this evening is included. On the morning of June 3^rd, you will start off the day with what is sure to be the highlight of your time in Florence, a guided walking tour* to include a visit to the Accademia*, where you will get a first-hand look at Michelangelo’s “Statue of David” as well as other works by Michelangelo. This great opportunity is not to be missed. This afternoon is devoted to walking to the Piazzale Michelangelo where you will surely enhance your artistic and creative abilities with inspiration from this world-famous statue to reach creative goals like never before all while expressing your love for art and strengthening your skill set. This is the perfect way to end your evening of breath-taking views from beautiful Florence. On the morning of June 4^th, you will visit the Bargello Museum*, which holds the largest Italian collection of Gothic and Renaissance sculptures. This afternoon is dedicated to visiting the Uffizi gallery* where you will study great Western art including paintings, sculptures, and many more forms of art. On June 5^th, you have an enchanted opportunity for a full day to incorporate your talented skillsets and thrive creatively as you encapsulate the beautiful city of Florence, turning your final day into an artist’s dream come true. On June 6^th, you will bid farewell to Florence and continue your travels to Rome with more beautiful settings to inspire your expressive drawings in the “Eternal City!”

 

ROME

June 6 – June 7, 2025

Upon your arrival, on June 6th, you will enjoy a panoramic city tour*, viewing the outside of the Colosseum and Roman Forum as well as a visit to the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Cathedral. Your time in Rome will culminate this evening with a farewell dinner*. The following morning, June 7^th, you will say goodbye to Rome and return home with beautiful artwork and memorabilia from your European Art Tour.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: *The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $5490.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, a 3% credit card service fee (charged by credit card company) will be due for, other than the initial deposit for which there is no credit card service fee, whatever amount is charged to the credit card.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the listed tour price without a 3% surcharge. Tour price is based on double and/ or triple occupancy and includes point-to-point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfast and 3 evening meals.  Additionally, entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk (*) as well as city tours or guided tours, are included in the tour price (I.E. Guided tours in Paris, Florence, and Rome) Paris Catacombs, Louvre Museum, Palace of Versailles, Eiffel Tower, Giverny, Seine River cruise, Santa Croce, Accademia, Bargello Museum, Uffizi Gallery. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental per person charge, available upon request. A guaranteed single room may be available for a per person supplemental charge, available upon request. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.

A $500.00 non-refundable (for any reason) application fee / deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour.  All tour participants must submit an online application.  Please go to “Student/Traveler Sign Up” on the home page at www.EAtours.com.  Your tour number is 225128 and must be entered on your online application.  A second payment of $1000.00, for which you will receive an invoice, will be due no later than 30 days from the date that EA Tours receives your initial payment and online application. Final payments are due no later than one hundred ten days (110) days before departure.

Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure.  Please note: Additional tour conditions apply, that also relate to potential Covid Virus issues and are listed in the Tour Conditions Section on the Online Application.
