On May 28th, you will depart Cincinnati to begin your educational adventure exploring the sites and  splendors of historic England and France. You will land in the incredible city of London on May 29th, and  discover the hidden treasures of this city. As your journey unfolds, you will experience fantastic excursions,  cultural encounters, preserved historical sites, delicious food, and wonderful shopping in two extraordinary  countries. When your journey comes to an end in Paris on June 6th, you will look back on a trip that was  both exciting and rewarding and full of memories fondly.

London 

May 29 — June 2, 2024 

On May 29th, you will arrive into London, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Once settled,  you will take London’s iconic public transport to the Imperial War Museum*, where you will explore one of  the world’s leading museums on war and conflict. Dinner this evening is included. May 30th will take you  on an exciting city tour to see such iconic sites as Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly  Circus. This afternoon you will visit the British Museum, housing an unprecedented amount of historical  artifacts. Dinner this evening is included. On May 31st, you will take a journey below the surface streets as  you “mind the gap” and travel on the London Underground* to the Tower of London* and Churchill War  Rooms*. These equally important London sites will peak your interest as you uncover their history and learn  about kings, queens, scandals and a notorious prison at the Tower of London. At the Churchill War Rooms,  you will walk the same corridors as Sir. Winston Churchill and imagine what it was like during those tense  days and nights during the Second World War. The following morning of June 1st, you will depart London  for a guided excursion to Hampton Court Palace*, and discover the royal palace of King Henry VIII. The  afternoon is free for you to explore London and enjoy personal shopping and sightseeing. On the morning  of June 2nd, you will depart London bound for Paris on the famous Euro-Star train, travelling through the  amazing Chunnel

Paris 

June 2 — June 6, 2024 

Bonjour Paris! Upon arrival into Paris, you will be to your hotel. Following hotel check-in, you will take the  Paris Metro* to the arts district of Montmartre, and enjoy an included dinner. On June 3rd, your first full  day in the City of Lights, you will enjoy a guided morning city tour featuring such sites as the Eiffel Tower,  Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral. This afternoon you will visit the world’s largest art museum,  the Louvre Museum*, where you will see its priceless works of art and sculptures. On the morning of June  4th, you will depart Paris for a full day excursion by train and head for the city of Caen* and the area of  Normandy, where the D-Day invasions took place. Upon arrival to Caen, you will be met your guide and bus  for your day of sightseeing. From the D-Day landing beaches to the American Cemetery, you will witness 

where these historic and incredibly important missions took place during the WWII. Following your day in  Normandy, you return to Paris for your overnight. On June 5th, will enjoy an excursion to the magnificent  Palace of Versailles*. Once a hunting lodge and seat of power, the sprawling grounds of the Palace of  Versailles were built by King Louis XIV. Today, you will see how the palace has transformed into a museum,  and experience for yourself what it was like to live there during the 17th and 18th centuries. From the  gorgeous Hall of Mirrors to the King’s apartments, grand gardens and water features, Versailles will leave  you breathless. Your farewell dinner tonight is included. The next day, June 6th, sees your educational tour  come to an end as your depart Paris for your transfer to the airport to make the journey home to the united  States. Hopefully, leaving with fond memories, amazing experiences, and perhaps a souvenir or two to  remind you of a wonderful time overseas and with EA Tours!

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $4395.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the estimated standard non discounted price is $4495.00. If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will  be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour  price. Trip price is based on triple occupancy and includes point-to-point transportation  between cities – London – Paris – Caen, all breakfasts, city tours where mentioned and 4  evening meals. Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk are included in the tour price (Tower of London, British Museum, Imperial War Museum,  Hampton Court Palace, Palace of Versailles, Louvre Museum). Additional items may be  offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A  guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $685.00. Included  are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges,  security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be  billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required  to operate the tour. 

A $500.00 non-refundable (for any reason) application fee / deposit is required to reserve  your space on this tour. All tour participants must submit an online application. A second payment of $1000.00, for which you will receive an invoice, will be due no later  than 30 days from the date that EA Tours receives your initial payment and online application.  Final payments are due no later than ninety (90) days before departure.  

Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released  approximately four weeks prior to departure.
