CAEN

March 12 – 14, 2023

Upon your arrival to Paris on March 12^th, enjoy the beauty of your journey as you travel to Caen by train. Following hotel check-in, dinner this evening is included.  March 13^th is dedicated to a full day guided excursion visiting the WWII Museum*, D-Day Beaches* and the American Cemetery*, which was the first American cemetery on European soil in World War II. Your dinner this evening is included. On March 14^th, your adventure continues as you travel to Paris by train.

 

PARIS

March 14 – 17, 2023

Paris waits to greet you on March 14^th with all the charm and elegance for which it is famous.  The Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, and Place de la Concorde are among a few of the important sights in this “City of Light” you may see on your guided city tour*. Finish your first night in Paris with dinner.   March 15^th, a visit is planned to see Musee d’Orsay* and the Louvre* (the world’s largest art museum), housing such legends as the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory and the Mona Lisa. On the morning of March 16^th, you will travel outside of Paris by train to Versailles*, home to Louis XIV, the Sun King. The opulent Palace and the surrounding grounds will astound you! This evening, you will see the “City of Light” from atop the Eiffel Tower. On the morning of March 17^th, you will depart Paris by plane to Rome.

 

ROME

March 17 – 19, 2023

On March 17^th, you will bid farewell to Paris and board a plane to continue your travels to Rome. Upon your arrival, you will enjoy a guided tour of the city*, walking through the impressive Plaza Navona as well as other points of interest including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Dinner is included your first night in Rome.  Begin March 18^th with a guided visit to the Vatican Museums* including St. Peter’s Basilica* and the Sistine Chapel*. This afternoon, you will visit ancient and awe-inspiring architecture at the Colosseum and Forum*. Your time in Rome will culminate this evening with a farewell dinner*. The following morning, March 19^th, you will board a plane bound for home with souvenirs, memories, and perhaps a photo or two in tow marking the end of your European adventure.

 

 

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS

 

**The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $4,395.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $4,495.00.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on triple occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Orlando, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts and 5 dinners.  Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours in Paris and Caen are included in the tour price (Sightseeing as indicated on the itinerary including visits and entrance fees to the Louvre, Versailles, D-Day Beaches, American Cemetery, and excursions to Versailles and Caen.) In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price.  A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $635.00.  A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $115.00 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.  A $500.00 non-refundable initial deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour. A second payment of $1,000.00, will be due no later than 30 days after your initial payment. Final payments are due no later than seventy (70) days before departure.
