October 25
Today you depart the United States on your overnight flight to Amsterdam, naturally meals will be served, and optional in-flight entertainment will be offered. Please refer to your flight schedule for pertinent details.
October 26
Upon arrival in Amsterdam you will be met by your tour leader and enjoy a guided city tour before hotel check-in. At 3:00 PM a guided visit to the Rijksmuseum is planned.
October 27
A 9:30 AM departure is planned for your full day excursion to Rotterdam and Delft with arrival back to your hotel at 5:30 PM.
October 28
You have a free day in Amsterdam to enjoy the many museums, markets and other points of interest. Your tour leader will be available to help with suggestions, and directions.
IMPORTANT – If you are hoping to visit Anne Frank House, you must purchase your tickets in advance on their website annefrank.org/en/
At 4:30 PM you will board your bus for transfer from Hotel Park Centraal to the cruise port. A welcome cocktail get-together is planned, followed by dinner and an evening Canal Cruise.
October 29
A morning guided tour of Amsterdam is planned for today. You will see the Flower Market, Dam Square and Rembrandt Square as well as visiting a diamond dealer. In the afternoon you will visit Zaanse Schans (where you will see windmills, handicraft workshops and quaint houses) and Volendam (a historic fishing village where the locals wear traditional Dutch clothing).
October 30
You will sail to Cologne where your guide will meet you at the port at 4:00 PM for your private tour of the city. An extensive exterior tour of the Cologne Cathedral is a perfect preparation for your visit to the interior of the Cathedral (guiding is not allowed in the interior). You sail to Rudesheim overnight.
October 31
Your shore excursion in Rudesheim includes wine tasting and visit to the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments. Your evening is free to visit the Drosselgasse, the little street famous worldwide for joyful atmosphere and Rhineland bands.
November 1
All day will be spent cruising on the Rhine River to Strasbourg. In the evening you will tour Strasbourg by river boat.
November 2
At 9:00 AM you disembark the Symphonie and meet your tour leader and local guide as you board your bus for a Strasbourg city tour. Following the tour you travel to Paris arriving at your hotel around 5:00 PM.
November 3
Your planned departure is at 9:00 AM for a guided city tour ending at 1:00 PM. Following a lunch break you will visit the Masonic Museum at 2:30 PM. At 5:00 PM you will transfer to area near the Eiffel Tower. Following time to explore, eat and enjoy the area, you ascend to the top of the Eiffel Tower at 8:00 PM. There will be a 9:45 PM pick up time for the bus to take you back to your hotel.
November 4
This is a free day to enjoy the amazing sights of Paris. Your tour leader will help you with suggestions and logistics.
November 5
At 10:00 AM your bus will transfer you to Charles de Gaulle Airport where you will board your flight back to the U.S. taking with you wonderful memories of your European adventure.

Due to Covid related issues, the cruise portion of the tour is one day shorter than the originally scheduled cruise departure. As a thank you for your support and dedication during this difficult time, EA Tours has purchased the Classic excursion package offered by the cruise line for each traveler. There are additional optional excursions which can be purchased upon arrival to the ship.
SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS
SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **There are two different packages available, one including airfare and one excluding airfare. The tour price and package including airfare, if payments are made by cash or check, is $5,120.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $5,220.00. The Land Only package excluding airfare prices are $3,985.00 (paid by check) and if paying by credit card (non- discounted) is $4,085.00. If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on double occupancy and includes point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, 5-night cruise on the Symphonie. Cabin level is not guaranteed and will be best available at the time you register. All breakfasts are included, 4 lunches and 5 dinners (all meals that are included are those on the cruise ship.) Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours in Amsterdam, Cologne, Strasbourg, and Paris are included in the tour price as well as the Rijksmuseum, excursions to Delft and Rotterdam, canal boat cruise, diamond dealer visit, excursion to Zaanse Schans and Voldendam, Cologne Cathedral, wine tasting, Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments, evening excursion Strasbourg by canal boat, Masonic Museum and Eiffel Tower. In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $1045.00. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees if choosing the air inclusive package. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.
A $500.00 non-refundable (for any reason) application fee / deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour. All tour participants must submit an online application. Please go to “Student/Traveler Sign Up” on the home page at www.EAtours.com. Your tour number is 223125 and must be entered on your online application. Very specific conditions relating to Covid 19 apply and are listed in the Tour Conditions of the online Participation Agreement and Application at eatours.com. PLEASE NOTE: At the time of the printing of this brochure, the Netherland government mandates that, in order to gain-entry into museums, shops/stores, historic sites, restaurants, etc., proof of full vaccination be shown. As a result of this governmental regulation, in order to participate on this tour, all tour participants are required to be fully vaccinated. In addition, a negative COVID 19 test may be required prior to ANY trans-Atlantic flights. If the COVID 19 test requirement is still in effect before ANY trans-Atlantic flights, the test is at additional cost and is to be paid directly to the testing location by the tour participant. EA Tours expects to assist with making-arrangements for the test but is not responsible for the payment.
A second payment of $1000.00, for which you will receive an invoice, will be due no later than 30 days from the date that EA Tours receives your initial payment and online application. Final payments are due no later than ninety (90) days before departure.
Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure. Please note: This is not an officially school sponsored program. Additional tour conditions apply and are listed in the Tour Conditions Section on the Online Application.
