On May 29^th, you will depart Atlanta to spend 10 wonderful days discovering the splendors of Europe.  Fantastic excursions, cultural encounters, historical sites, and delicious food make this trip exciting and rewarding.  Bring these amazing memories home with you on June 8^th.

 Berlin

May 30 – June 1, 2022

You will arrive in Berlin to begin your European adventure on May 30^th, exploring Berlin with your tour leader, visiting such sites as the Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Museum* and area points of interest. Dinner is included this evening. On May 31^st, morning visits are planned to Check Point Charlie and the Berlin Wall Museum*. Spend the afternoon exploring the city with a guided Bike Tour*. This evening you may optionally ascend the Fernsehturm Tower (free to those who submit their application and deposit by the deadline).

 

Nuremberg

June 1 – 3, 2022

This morning your time in Berlin ends as you travel to Nuremberg by train on June 1^st. Once you arrive, you will enjoy exploring area points of interest with your tour leader after checking into your hotel. Later, visit Zeppelin Field* and guided tour of the Documentation Center Museum* is scheduled. June 2^nd enjoy planned exploration of the city with your tour leader, where you may see such sites as Nuremberg Imperial Castle*, Palace of Justice (courthouse)*, Hauptmarkt with its famous fountain, and gothic St. Lorenz Church*.

 

Munich

June 3 – 5, 2022

The morning of June 3^rd, you will bid farewell to Nuremberg as you continue your journey to Munich. A visit to the Dachau Concentration Camp* en-route to your hotel is planned. After checking into your hotel, dedicate time for a guided city tour* to area points of interest including Marienplatz and Munich’s famous old town. Spend the afternoon enjoying the charm of this beautiful city and optional museums of your choice with your tour leader. Dedicate time on June 4^th for exploring area points of interest to such sites as Maximillian University, Englischer Garten, Olympia Park, Nymphenburg Palace, BMW World and Olympia Park.

 Rome

June 5 – 8, 2022

On June 5^th, you will bid farewell to Munich as you continue your journey to Rome by plane*. Upon arrival in Rome, you will proceed to St. Peter’s Basilica to enjoy an afternoon Sunday Mass, followed by explorations of the city with your tour director visiting such places as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.  Begin June 6^th with a guided tour of the Vatican Museums* and the Sistine Chapel*. From Vatican City you will continue to the Colosseum and Forum* for a guided visit. June 7^th is devoted continued exploring and sightseeing through-out Rome with you tour leader. You will conclude your journey with a farewell dinner this evening. The following morning, June 8^th, you will return to the United States with fond memories, amazing experiences and perhaps a souvenir or two from your European adventure.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $4385.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the estimated standard non-discounted price is $4485.00.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on triple occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Atlanta (airfare is estimated, subject to increase), point-to-point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts and 2 dinners.  Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours or guided tours, and bike rentals are included in the tour price (Holocaust Museum, Check Point Charlie and the Berlin Wall Museum, guided bike tour, Zeppelin Field, Documentation Center Museum, Nuremburg Imperial Castle, Palace of Justice (Courthouse), St. Lorenz Church, Dachau Concentration Camp, Colosseum and Forum, Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel). Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price.  A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $575.00.  A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $290.00 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.

 

A $500.00 non-refundable (for any reason) application fee / deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour. A second payment of $1000.00, for which you will receive an invoice, will be due no later than 30 days from the date that EA Tours receives your initial payment and online application.   Final payments are due no later than ninety (90) days before departure.

 

Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure.  Please note:  This is not an officially school sponsored program.
