Enjoying a day at Santa Monica Beach, exploring San Francisco by trolley car, discovering the shops along Rodeo Drive in LA, museum encounters, a visit to the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, Pier 39, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and other famous landmarks make this trip exciting and rewarding. Bring these memories home with you on June 15^th.

San Francisco

June 6 – 9, 2021

On the afternoon of June 6^th, you will land in San Francisco, with time to explore Pier 39* before you check into your hotel. The next day, June 7^th, tour the famous and legendary Alcatraz Island*, where some of America’s most dangerous criminals were held during its years of operation from 1934 to 1963. Later, you will have the opportunity to have some fun at Fisherman’s Wharf*! Then, June 8^th, you will view the magnificent Golden Gate Bridge* at the Welcome Center before visiting Golden Gate Park*. From there, you will travel to Muir Woods National Monument*, home to towering coastal redwood trees, some as old as 1,200 years. Next, use your imagination! Choose from the extensive list provided with your Go San Francisco Pass* to explore! June 9^th will take you along the coast to Santa Crux*, where you will have time for shopping and a stop at the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park*, whose traditional redwood trees are up to 1,800 years old and reach heights almost 50 feet taller than those found in the Muir Woods. This afternoon, you will return to San Francisco for some last minute sightseeing before you travel to Los Angeles the next day.

Los Angeles

June 10 – 15, 2021

This morning, June 10^th, depart San Francisco on your flight to Los Angeles. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel before you spend the rest of the day exploring Hollywood, where you will see famous entertainment landmarks such as the star-studded Hollywood Walk of Fame* and Grauman’s Chinese Theatre*. Begin June 11^th with a Home of the Stars tour*, where you  may see celebrity houses belonging to Halle Berry, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and much more! This afternoon, visit the famous Rodeo Drive with its ultra-chic, cool shops and stores, to enjoy some time for shopping. June 12^th will be a full day of thrills at Universal Studios Hollywood*! A trip to the Getty Center Museum* is scheduled on June 13^th. This museum is known for its architecture, gardens, and views overlooking Los Angeles. The afternoon will take you to the Holocaust Museum*, a vivid reminder of those who were persecuted, followed by a visit to The Grove*, a shopping center with trendy retailers, pop-up shops and restaurants. Your last full day in Los Angeles, June 14^th, will take you to Santa Monica Beach to relax and enjoy the world- famous beach and Santa Monica Pier*. Enjoy your final afternoon in California  with last  minute shopping for souvenirs or exploring the Santa Monica pedestrian zone – A GREAT PLACE! On June 15^th, you will depart for home, taking with you memories and a souvenir or two from your California adventure.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: The tour price of $4,295.00 is based on three persons to a room and includes roundtrip airline transportation from New York, hotel, 9 breakfasts and 5 dinners, sightseeing, entrance fees if required and private motorcoach transportation where needed. Anticipated sites to be visited (including entrance fees if applicable) include Pier 39, Alcatraz Island, Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Muir Woods National Monument, Go San Francisco Pass, excursion to Santa Cruz, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Home of the Stars Tour, Universal Studios Hollywood, Getty Center Museum, Holocaust Museum, The Grove, Santa Monica Beach and the Santa Monica Pier. Please note that all above- mentioned scheduled activities are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. availability, weather, traffic, etc.). A guaranteed single, twin or triple room may be available for a supplemental charge. Included are the estimated applicable governmental airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. Students previously enrolled and paid in full for the original 2020 Europe Trip have NO PAYMENTS due at all. The following payment schedule is strictly for NEW enrollees – parents, friends, family members, etc.

 

An initial, first payment of $500. will be due no later than February 1, 2021. A second payment of $500. will be due no later than March 1, 2021. Final payments are due no later than seventy (70) days before departure. All refund requests / cancellation notices MUST be sent to EA Tours in writing. For a refund request received by EA Tours, from February 2, 2021, up to and including March 2, 2021, a complete refund, minus $100.00 (non-refundable fee) will be issued. For any cancellation received from March 16, 2021, up to and including May 1, 2021, a complete refund, minus a 40% cancellation penalty of the TOUR COST, will be issued. For any cancellation received from May 2, 2021, up to and including June 2, 2021, a complete refund, minus a 75% cancellation penalty of the TOUR COST, will be issued. For any cancellation received from June 3, 2021, up to and including June 6, 2021 the cancellation penalty is 100% of the tour price.
