On May 14th, you will depart New Orleans on a flight bound for Washington, D.C. Immerse yourself in the history of our nation’s capital which will leave you with a deeper pride and understanding of American History. Museum encounters, memorial visits, and preserved historical sites make this trip exciting and rewarding.  Bring these memories home with you on May 17th.






May 14, 2021

On May 14th, you will arrive at our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. Your private motor coach and tour leader will meet you on arrival at the airport.  After lunch*, you will visit the visit the Marine Corps War Memorial*, also known as the Iwo Jima Memorial, before traversing Arlington National Cemetery by tram*. Arlington is the final resting place for countless American heroes.  Here, witness the solemn Changing of the Guards Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Dinner* tonight will be followed by free time for shopping at Union Station before arriving at your hotel.


May 15, 2021

This morning, you will visit many of the memorials* dedicated to the pride and sacrifice of the American people including the: Lincoln, Vietnam, Korean and WWII Memorials. Afterwards, you will stop for a photo opportunity in front of the White House, the official residence and workplace of the President of the United States. It is the oldest federal building in the nation’s capital with 132 rooms and totals approximately 55,000 square feet. Next, visit the Smithsonian American History Museum*, which offers exhibits such as the Star Spangled Banner and Julia Child’s kitchen Later, there will be an opportunity to visit the Library of Congress* before you tour of one of the seats of power in our nation, the US Capitol Building*. The Senate and the House of Representatives have met at the Capitol for over 200 years. From there, you will experience a humbling visit to the Holocaust Museum*, both a touching and vivid reminder of those who were persecuted and a supplication against such inhumanity. Dinner* tonight is at Hard Rock Café* followed by an Illumination Tour of Memorials MLK, JR, FDR, and Jefferson*.


May 16, 2021

Today begins with Sunday mass at a local church. After mass, visit your choice of Smithsonian Museums*, including the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum*, where you can find the Wright 1903 Flyer and the Apollo 11 command module Columbia. There are more than 137 million objects, works of art and specimens at the Smithsonian Museums and Galleries, so there is something for everyone. Later, a visit to Ford’s Theatre* will showcase our 16th President, Abraham Lincoln’s presidency, assassination, and legacy. Dinner* tonight is included with bowling* at one of DC’s favorite bowling venues.


May 17, 2021

Begin May 17th with a trip to the Smithsonian National Zoological Park*, one of the oldest zoos in the United States and currently home to more than 1,500 animals across 300 different species. You will then enjoy exploring the National Archives* where you will view some of the most important documents in our nation’s history including The Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and the Constitution. From there, you will depart for the airport and your flight home, taking along with you memories, souvenirs, and a deeper pride and appreciation for American History.




SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The anticipated/projected tour price of $1,585.00 is based on four persons to a room and includes roundtrip airline transportation (subject to confirmation) from New Orleans, hotel, 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners, sightseeing, entrance fees if required and motor-coach transportation, where applicable. In the event that, due to Coronavirus restrictions, the number of people allowed in a hotel room is less than 4 persons, limited seating on buses or any other item that is impacted by aforementioned restrictions, the tour price is subject to change and will be adjusted to the reflect price adjustments accordingly. *At the time of printing of this brochure, the applicable airfares required for the travel dates are not yet available. Thus, the total tour price may be subject to increase and is beyond the control of EA Tours. Sightseeing visits INCLUDE guide and entrance fees (if applicable) to the Marine Corps War Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery (including tram), White House photo op, US Capitol Tour, Holocaust Museum, Memorial Tours, Mass, Smithsonian Museums, Ford’s Theatre, bowling, Smithsonian Zoo, and the National Archives. Please note that all above-mentioned scheduled activities are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. availability, weather, traffic, etc.). A minimum number of paying tour participants, travelling together, may be required for the tour offering to remain valid. A guaranteed triple room may be available for a supplemental charge of $70.00 per person. A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $145.00 per person. A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $415.00. The applicable tour conditions are listed on the online application. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit due to be eligible for the trip. Additional payments are due as follows: October 18th – $245.00, November 20th – $245.00, December 20th – $245.00, January 17th – $245.00, February 19th – $245.00, and March 19th – $260.00. The waiver and release of liability as listed below is in addition to those already stated on the Tour Conditions of the official tour participant Application and Participation Agreement.


By paying the initial deposit and/or subsequent payments, it is understood that participation in the Prompt Succor School, Washington DC 2021 Tour (“Tour”) is voluntary. Additionally, it is understand and acknowledged that participation in this Tour is not required. It is further acknowledged that as a Tour Participant, I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with travel (specifically to Washington D.C. and in general), as a result of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and have knowingly chosen to accept and assume all such associated risks and dangers.  It is further agreed to release, waive, covenant not to sue, hold harmless and forever discharge Voyager Travel, Inc., dba EA Tours, its officials, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms, whether known or unknown, resulting from or related to participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel. It is further agreed to indemnify and hold Voyager Travel, Inc. dba EA Tours, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses), injuries, or other harms incurred as a result of any claims or suits that (or anyone claiming by, under, or through me) may be brought to recover any liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms that arise during or as a result of my participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel.   It is expressly agreed and understood that this Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Louisiana.  Additionally, by making any payments (whatsoever), it is acknowledged that these conditions have been carefully read and that this is a Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability.
