Day-by-Day Itinerary
May 14 – 17, 2021
Day 1 – Friday, May 14, 2021
Today, you will depart for Orlando, Florida. Upon arrival, you will transfer to Titusville for lunch and enjoy time at the beach. Nearby, you will have the chance to see if you can spot the manatees that inhabit the area before you return to your hotel to prepare for dinner and bowling this evening.
Day 2 – Saturday, May 15, 2021
May 15th will see be spent at Kennedy Space Center where you can get up close to the infamous space shuttle Atlantis, visit the Rocket Garden, or even see a Space Film included at the IMAX® Theater. Afterwards, you will depart Titusville for your next destination, the historic St. Augustine! Dinner will be included along the way.
Day 3 – Sunday, May 16, 2021
Start today with a visit to the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios, created in the late 1500s as a shrine to the Virgin Mary. From there, you will embark on a Trolley Tour where you can see historical attractions such as the site where Ponce de Leon first landed ashore, Castillo de San Marcos Fort and Flagler College. This tour will conclude at the Fountain of Youth, which is your next stop! Following lunch, a visit is planned to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum. Then, you will visit the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse with some time for shopping on St. George Street. Just around the corner is the Colonial Quarter, where visitors can experience hundreds of years of Colonial Spanish and British living history. After dinner, a ghostly trolley tour shares tales both true and truly unnerving of the city’s tumultuous past.
Day 4 – Monday, May 17, 2021
This morning, partake in a guided tour of the Castillo de San Marco, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. You will then continue with an entrance to Ripley’s Believe It or Not to view their shocking and strange exhibits. Following lunch, you will have time for souvenir shopping. Afterwards, board a plane bound for home, taking with you incredible memories of this Florida History Adventure.
SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS
The waiver and release of liability as listed below is in addition to those already stated on the Tour Conditions of the official tour participant Application and Participation Agreement.
By paying the initial deposit and/or subsequent payments, it is understood that participation in the Prompt Succor School, Washington DC 2021 Tour (“Tour”) is voluntary. Additionally, it is understand and acknowledged that participation in this Tour is not required. It is further acknowledged that as a Tour Participant, I am aware of the risks and dangers associated with travel (specifically to Washington D.C. and in general), as a result of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and have knowingly chosen to accept and assume all such associated risks and dangers. It is further agreed to release, waive, covenant not to sue, hold harmless and forever discharge Voyager Travel, Inc., dba EA Tours, its officials, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms, whether known or unknown, resulting from or related to participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel. It is further agreed to indemnify and hold Voyager Travel, Inc. dba EA Tours, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses), injuries, or other harms incurred as a result of any claims or suits that (or anyone claiming by, under, or through me) may be brought to recover any liabilities, claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or other harms that arise during or as a result of my participation in the Tour, its activities, or the associated travel. It is expressly agreed and understood that this Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Louisiana. Additionally, by making any payments (whatsoever), it is acknowledged that these conditions have been carefully read and that this is a Voluntary Release and Waiver of Liability.
