Berlin

June 3-4, 2020

You will arrive in Berlin to begin your European adventure on June 3^rd, spend the day enjoying the charm of this beautiful city with your tour leader, visiting such sites as the Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Museum* and area points of interest. Finish the evening with dinner. On June 4^th, spend the morning exploring this city with a guided bike tour*.  Afternoon visits are planned to Check Point Charlie and the Berlin Wall Museum*. This evening you may optionally ascend the Fernsehturm Tower (free to those who submit their application and deposit by the deadline).

 

Nuremberg

June 5-6, 2021

This morning your time in Berlin ends as you travel to Nuremberg on June 5^th. Once you arrive, you will enjoy exploring Zeppelin Field. Later a guided tour of the Documentation Center Museum* is scheduled. This evening you will enjoy dinner in addition to exploring area points of interest with your tour leader.  June 6^th enjoy planned exploration of the city with your tour leader, where you may see such sites as Nuremberg Imperial Castle*, Palace of Justice (courthouse), Hauptmarkt with its famous fountain, and gothic St. Lorenz Church.

 

Salzburg

June 7, 2021

The morning of June 7^th, you will travel to Salzburg to enjoy a guided city tour* viewing the amazing sites of the city.

 

Munich

June 8-11, 2021

The morning of June 8^th, you will bid farewell to Salzburg as you continue your journey to Munich. A visit to the Dachau Concentration Camp* en-route to your hotel is planned. After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day will include visiting Marienplatz and shopping.  The morning of June 9^th enjoy a guided city tour* of Munich.  Spend the afternoon enjoying the charm of this beautiful city and optional museums of your choice with your tour leader.  June 10^th dedicate time for exploring area points of interest with your tour leader to such sites as Maximillian University, Englischer Garten, Olympia Park, and Nymphenburg Palace. Conclude your journey with a farewell dinner* this evening. The following morning, June 11^th, you will return to the United States with fond memories, amazing experiences and perhaps a souvenir or two from your European adventure.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The estimated tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $4,098.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the estimated standard non-discounted price is $4,198.00. If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on triple occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Atlanta, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts and 3 dinners.  Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours or guided tours, and bike rentals are included in the tour price (Holocaust Museum, Check Point Charlie and the Berlin Wall Museum, Documentation Center Museum, Nuremburg Imperial Castle, and Dachau Concentration Camp).  In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $545.00. A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $265.00 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.

Final payments are due no later than February 1, 2021. For any cancellation received from September 20, 2020, up to and including March 10, 2021, a complete refund, minus a 40% cancellation penalty of the TOUR COST, will be issued. For any cancellation received from March 11, 2021, up to and including April 25, 2021, a complete refund, minus a 75% cancellation penalty of the TOUR COST, will be issued.   For any cancellation received from April 26, 2021, up to and including June 1, 2021 (your departure date), the cancellation penalty is 100% of the tour cost. In the unlikely event that EA Tours (only) cancels the tour, the tour cost minus the initial $500.00 non-refundable application fee is refundable.

Updated tour details (hotels, day by day itinerary, flights, etc.) are scheduled to be released approximately four weeks prior to departure.  Please note:  This is not an officially school sponsored program.
