On February 13^th, you will depart Orlando on a flight bound for New Orleans to spend four wonderful days discovering what makes New Orleans such a special place.  Your adventures in the “The Big Easy” will make this trip a once in a lifetime experience. Bring these memories home with you on February 16^th.

February 13, 2020

Today you will board your flight to begin your adventure in New Orleans. After checking into your hotel, you will depart for lunch aboard a Mississippi River Boat Cruise*. Following your cruise is a guided French Quarter History Walking Tour*. This evening, you will be thrilled by a spine tingling cemetery tour*. Dinner* is included tonight. Afterwards, stop at Café du Monde* for an evening treat before returning to your hotel.

February 14, 2020

Today begins with an exciting, half-day Swamp Tour Excursion* where you will see iconic bayous and swamps. The afternoon will be devoted to visiting and exploring the National WWII Museum*. This museum depicts the affect that WWII had on Americans at the time and how it can affect us today. After dinner this evening, a walking tour of the French Quarter* will be sure to intrigue you.

February 15, 2020

Take a walking tour* of Loyola University and Tulane University this morning, followed by an afternoon ride on the famous New Orleans street cars to the Audubon Zoo*, where you can see highly endangered whooping cranes, Amur leopards, and orangutans. Afterward, you will visit the Audubon Aquarium*. Here you can touch a stingray and view penguins and Southern sea otters! Following dinner* this evening, you will participate in an exciting ghost hunt*!

February 16, 2020

A morning visit to Mardi Gras World* will culminate your trip in New Orleans. From there, the Audubon Insectarium* will stun you with more than 50 live exhibits and numerous multimedia elements. The Insectarium is currently the largest free-standing American museum dedicated to insects! After your visit, you will transfer to New Orleans International Airport for your return flight home.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: The tour price of $1,485.00 is based on four persons to a room and includes roundtrip airline transportation from Orlando, FL, hotel, 3 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 3 dinners, sightseeing, entrance fees if required and private motor-coach transportation when required. Anticipated sites to be visited (including entrance fees if applicable) include a Steamboat River Cruise, French Quarter History Walking Tour, Cemetery Tour, Café du Monde, Swamp Tour Excursion, National WWII Museum, walking Ghost Tour of the French Quarter, Audubon Zoo, Aquarium and Insectarium, Ghost Hunt and a visit to Mardi Gras World. Please note that all above-mentioned scheduled activities are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. availability, weather, traffic, etc.). A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $640.00. A guaranteed twin room may be available for a supplemental charge of $130.00 per person. A guaranteed triple room may be available for a supplemental charge of $80.00 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. The applicable tour conditions are listed on the online application. The tour number for your group is 220213.  A 2^nd payment of $500.00 will be due December 12, 2019.  The final payment in the amount of $685.00 is due no later than January 13, 2020. In the unlikely event that EA Tours were to cancel the trip, the tour cost, including the initial deposit, is fully refundable.   Additional details will be supplied approximately 30 days before departure.
