Florence & Assisi

June 23 – 25, 2020

As birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence will thrill you with its treasures! Upon your arrival on June 23^rd, after checking into your hotel, spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring sites, and shopping in the famous straw markets. June 24^th will begin with a guided city tour*, to include many of the important sights of this historic town including the Accademia*, home to Michelangelo’s “David” and Uffizi Gallery*. Explore optional area points of interest this afternoon strolling along the Ponte Vecchio’s Gold and Silver shops or visiting a museum of your choice. June 25^th, you will depart Florence on an excursion* to Assisi where you will view the famous Basilica, before returning to Florence this evening. Along the way you will enjoy the true taste of Tuscany with a visit to a local farmhouse near Montepulciano where you will enjoy wine tasting and a light lunch.

Venice

June 26 – 27, 2020

The morning of June 26^th, you will depart Florence on a scenic train to Venice! Upon arrival, you will transfer to your hotel, located inside Palazzo Pemma; ending the day with dinner. Your adventure continues June 27^th, with a tour of the city* where you may see sights such as St. Mark’s Basilica*, the colorful Doge’s Palace*, and the famous Bell Tower.  You may wish to optionally visit a glass-blowing studio or the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. This evening, you may enjoy an optional Gondola ride (free to those who register by the deadline). The highlight of your afternoon adventure continues with an excursion* by private water taxi to the Venetian Islands of Murano and Burano*, where you will marvel at the traditional glass and lace making arts.

Desenzano

June 28 – 29, 2020

Bid farewell to Venice on June 28^th, as you continue to Desenzano. After checking into your hotel, enjoy time exploring this beautiful city, known for its elaborate mosaic floors located in the remains of the Roman Villa. June 29^th is dedicated to exploring Desenzano with an optional visit to Sirmione.

Milan

June 30 – July 01, 2020

The morning of June 30^th, you will bid farewell to Desenzano as you travel to Milan. Milan will welcome you with its art, fashion and culture. You will enjoy a guided city tour* visiting the renowned Piazza del Duomo* with its lacy Gothic cathedral and the Duomo*.  Spend your last afternoon in the Brera shopping district for last minute souvenirs or simply enjoying the ambience of the world’s finest fashion district. Famous for catapulting designers from their studios to international stardom, including Missoni, Prada, Ferré, Armani and Versace. On July 1^st, you will depart for your flight back to the United States with unforgettable memories of your Italian journey!

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $4,985; (Airfare included) otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $5,085 (Airfare Included).  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on double occupancy and includes round trip airfare from New York, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts,1 lunch/wine tasting and 3 dinners. Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as Guided tours in Florence, Venice, and Milan are included in the tour price (Accademia, Uffizi, Doge’s Palace, St. Marks Basilica, excursion to Murano and Burano, Sforza Castle, Duomo and excursion to Assisi). In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price. A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $670 per person. Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice. A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.
