On September 27^th, you will depart the U.S. to begin your United Kingdom adventure, landing in the timeless city of Edinburgh on September 28^th to discover the hidden treasures of this city. Fantastic excursions, Mason visits, cultural encounters, preserved historical sites, delicious foods and wonderful shopping make this trip exciting and rewarding.  Bring these memories home with you on October 6^th.

EDINBURGH

September 28 – October 2, 2019

You will arrive in Edinburgh on September 28^th and begin your adventure with a guided city tour*. Known as the “Prince of Cities”, Edinburgh offers you such sightseeing as Edinburgh Castle*, Charlotte Square, Princess Street Gardens and St. Giles Cathedral.  A walk down The Royal Mile, the Old Town’s famous thoroughfare, will introduce you to such places as the Royal Museum of Scotland, the Huntly House, and the Holyroodhouse, the celebrated royal palace.  Plans for September 29^th include visiting Stirling Castle* and Glengoyne Distillery*.  Masonic visits are the focus on September 30^th and October 1^st as you visit Roslyn Chapel*, Roslyn Lodge* and Edinburgh Grand Lodge* one day and Edinburgh #1 (Mary’s Chapel) * and Kilwinning Lodge* on the other.  On October 2^nd, you depart Scotland and travel by train to London.

LONDON

October 2 – October 6, 2019

Your train departs Edinburgh at 9:00 AM on October 2^nd and arrives in London at 1:40PM.  Upon arrival you will enjoy a guided city tour* en-route to your hotel.  Some points of interest that you may see include Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Parliament and Big Ben.  On October 3^rd, you will visit the United Grand Lodge* and British Museum*.  Following time to rest and refresh you will enjoy a festive dinner at the Andaz* (pending availability).  The Tower of London* is your focus on October 4^th and plans for the evening include a Lodge Meeting at Freemasons for the men (as available) and a West-End Theatre performance* for the ladies.  On Saturday, October 5^th, a guided tour of Westminster Abbey* is planned followed by a “bird’s eye view” of London from the World Famous London Eye*.  On October 6^th, you travel to London Airport to board your return flight to Chicago.

Special Tour Conditions

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: **The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $3,685.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $3,785.00.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on Twin occupancy and includes round trip airfare from Chicago, point-to point transportation between cities while in Europe, all breakfasts, 1 dinner and 1 festive dinner in London.  Additionally, *Entrance fees and/or transportation marked with an asterisk as well as city tours in Edinburgh and London are included in the tour price(pending availability) Edinburgh Castle, Stirling Castle, Glengoyne Distillery, Roslyn Chapel, Roslyn Lodge, Edinburgh Grand Lodge, Edinburgh #1 – Mary’s Chapel, Kilwinning Lodge, United Grand Lodge, British Museum, Tower of London, Theatre performance for the ladies, Westminster Abbey and London Eye).  In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable.  Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price.  A guaranteed single room may be available for a supplemental charge of $795.00.  Included are the estimated applicable governmental international airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges security surcharges, and associated fees. If applicable, unforeseen tax increases will be billed on a supplemental invoice.  A minimum number of paying participants may be required to operate the tour.  A $500.00 non-refundable initial deposit is required to reserve your space on this tour.  All tour participants must submit an online application.  Please go to “Student/Traveler Sign Up” on the home page at www.EAtours.com.  Your tour number is 220125.  A second payment of $1,000, will be due no later than 30 days after your initial payment.
