On June 16^th, you will depart Orlando on a flight bound for the state of Washington. Your tour will begin in Seattle, which is situated on Puget Sound against a spectacular mountain backdrop. Known as the “Gateway to Alaska”, Seattle will welcome you with a rich history integrated with modernity. Private tours and fantastic mountain views make this trip exciting and rewarding.  Bring these memories home with you on June 21^st.

SEATTLE

June 16 – 18, 2019

 

Upon your arrival June 16^th, your tour begins in Seattle, Washington. After checking in to your hotel, you will board a Hop On, Hop Off City Tour Bus* to see the wonderful sites that this city has to offer you before dinner* this evening. Begin June 17^th with a tour of the original Amazon Headquarters*, the world’s largest online retailer and largest private employer in the city of Seattle. Then, you will have time this afternoon for more sightseeing aboard the Hop On, Hop Off Bus*. Dinner* is included this evening. June 18^th is dedicated to touring the Boeing Factory* and the original Starbucks store*. Later this afternoon, you may choose to optionally visit such sites as the Seattle Space Needle, the Seattle Great Wheel, the Seattle Aquarium, numerous Art Galleries, shopping in Downtown Seattle or take the time to sample the local cuisine at the lively Pike Place Market. On June 19^th, you will say goodbye to Seattle as you board a plane to San Francisco.

 

SAN FRANCISCO

June 19 – 21, 2019

 

June 19^th, you will say goodbye to Seattle as you travel to San Francisco! After leaving your luggage at the hotel, you will depart for a tour of Googleplex*, where they work on cutting-edge products that are changing the way billions of people use technology. Afterwards, you will have the chance to tour Stanford University*, one of the world’s leading teaching and research institutions. Dinner* is included this evening. On June 20^th, you will have the opportunity for sightseeing in San Francisco as you board the Hop On, Hop Off City Bus Tour*, with stops at over 20 key landmarks and attractions such as Fisherman’s Wharf and the Golden Gate Park. The morning of June 21^st, you will depart for home taking with you lasting memories and perhaps a souvenir or two.

SPECIAL TOUR CONDITIONS: ** The tour price, if payments are made by cash or check, is $2,895.00; otherwise, if paying by credit card, the standard non-discounted price is $2,995.00.  If you wish to use a credit card for your initial deposit, you will be allowed to pay the remaining payments by check and still receive the discounted tour price. Trip price is based on four persons to a room and includes roundtrip airline transportation from Orlando, FL, hotel accommodations, 5 breakfasts and 3 dinners, sightseeing, entrance fees if required and Uber/public transportation, where applicable.  Anticipated sites to be visited (including entrance fees if applicable) include appointments at Amazon and Google, and Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing in Seattle and San Francisco. Please note that all above-mentioned scheduled activities are subject to change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. availability, weather, traffic, etc.). In the unlikely event that EA Tours cancels the tour and is unable to operate a substitute itinerary, the tour cost including the initial deposit is fully refundable. Additional items may be offered optionally, are subject to availability and are not included in the tour price.  A guaranteed twin or triple room may be available for a supplemental charge. Included are the estimated applicable governmental airline ticket taxes, fuel surcharges, security surcharges, and associated fees. The price does not include checked luggage. If the airline charges for checked luggage, the cost is to be paid by the traveler. The applicable tour conditions are listed on the online application.
