Day 1 – October 4, 2018

This morning, you will board your flight to Boston. Upon arrival, you will travel to your hotel to drop off your luggage. After lunch, you will depart for Emerson College, where you will receive an overview of the Performing Arts department followed by a campus tour led by a current student. From there, a tour of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee is scheduled. Afterwards, you will check into your Boston hotel.

 

Day 2 – October 5, 2018

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for Boston University. Here you will partake in a tour of the campus before you take a stroll along the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, also known as the College Walking Trail. The afternoon will be spent sightseeing with your teacher. Following dinner, you will enjoy a theatre production of Niceties at Huntington Theatre.

 

 

Day 3 – October 6, 2018

After breakfast, an excursion to Plimoth Plantation is planned. Here you will visit the Plantation, a living museum dedicated to telling the history of Plymouth Colony, and the Grist Mill, which tells the history of the water-powered grist mill built by the Pilgrims. You will return to Boston for dinner tonight. Afterwards, you will see Between the Riverside and Crazy, the story of a cop pursuing a discrimination suit against the Police Department after he was accidentally shot by another police officer.

 

Day 4 – October 7, 2018

This morning begins with an excursion to the famous city of Salem after breakfast. Here you will board a trolley for a historical tour of the historic sites and experience the Witch City’s colorful and unique past. Spend the day exploring with your teacher before you return to Boston for your return flight home tonight.
