This morning you will depart Orlando, FL on a flight bound for Boston, MA. Upon arrival you will have lunch and then tour Lexington and Concord* where the first shots of the American Revolution were fired. During the tour you will see Lexington Battle Green where the Lexington militia confronted 800 British on April 19, 1775 and the Old North Bridge, which was the location of the first shot, ‘the shot heard round the world.’ You may also get a chance to stop at the Minute Man National Park. Exhibits and the visitor center highlight many important moments of the Revolution such as a memorial that stands at Paul Revere’s capture site and the trail (Battle Road) used on April 19th. Following dinner you will be entertained by a spine tingling ghost tour* through the historical streets of Boston.

Breakfast this morning is at the hotel. You will begin with an exciting adventure by taking a guided tour along the Freedom Trail*. As you travel along the famous trail you will discover many sites that played a major role in the American Revolution. Among the important sites you may see are the Old North Church, Paul Revere’s house, Bunker Hill, and the USS Constitution. After lunch you will spend the afternoon at the Museum of Science*. Take your time perusing the exhibits and IMAX film offered here. Afterwards a visit to the amazing New England Aquarium* is planned. Dinner at Boston’s most famous eatery, Cheer’s is planned for this evening. After dinner explore Faneuil Hall Marketplace with your chaperones.

After breakfast at the hotel you will spend your morning amongst the various technology exhibits housed at the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Museum*. Some of the exhibits currently at MIT are: Robots and Beyond, Stanley Greenberg: Time Machines, Eight Einsteins, and many more. Following lunch you will enjoy a tour of Fenway Park*. Afterward you will have time to explore the Harvard Museum of Natural History*. After dinner tonight you will see Boston’s 360 degree view from the Prudential Skywalk Observatory*.

Your final day will take you to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum*. The theaters, settings and multimedia exhibits will offer a first-hand experience of our 35th President’s life, leadership and legacy. After lunch you depart for home taking along with you memories, souvenirs, and a deeper pride and appreciation for American History.
