Upon arrival you will be met and begin your Irish adventure with a guided panoramic city tour including Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. Dinner tonight is included.

Sunday, June 2, 2013

Today you will enjoy a day excursion from Dublin to Blarney Castle, where you may kiss the Blarney Stone followed by an afternoon visit to the Waterford factory, which is famous for its crystal.

Monday, June 3, 2013

Begin today with a morning excursion to New Grange, a passage grave site built in 3200 BC. It is the oldest solar observatory in the world and is known to rival Stonehenge with its splendor. Afternoon at leisure. Your tour leader will be available to suggest other points of Interest to visit such as St. Patrick’s Cathedral, St. Catherine’s Church or Christchurch Cathedral (entrances are not included).

This morning you will transfer to the airport for your flight to Paris; upon arriving at the airport you will enjoy a walking guided city tour after checking into your hotel. Paris waits to greet you with all of the charm and the elegance for which it is famous. The Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, and Place de la Concorde are among a few of the important sights this “City of Light” has to offer. Dinner is Included.

This day will be defined by a sojourn to the Louvre, home to some of humanity’s greatest artistic masterpieces including the Venus de Milo, Winged Victory and Mona Lisa. Later this afternoon sightseeing with your tour leader is planned to such sights as Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur and much more. This evening an ascent of the Eiffel Tower is planned (free to those who submit an application and deposit by the deadline.)

Today you will embark on an excursion from Paris to Normandy where you will enjoy a guided tour of the D-Day Beaches before returning to Paris that evening.

Traveling outside of Paris, today begins with an excursion to the Palace of Versailles. Once home to King Louis XIV, the so-called “Sun King”, it now serves as a testament to that era’s rich cultural heritage and
aristocratic power. Farewell Dinner is included.
