DAY 2-6: Rome the "Eternal City" and capital of Italy, is a magnificent city built on seven hills and is literally layers of history, one civilization built on top of another. Twentieth century Rome is a breathtaking mixture of ruins and monuments, fantastic fountains, beautiful piazzas, and innumerable museums. The Forum, Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and Trevi Fountain are but a few of the sights awaiting your arrival.

DAY 6-9: Depart Rome for travel to Florence. Florence, home of the Renaissance, will thrill you with its treasures. During a walking tour of the city, you will see many of the important sights of this historic town including Santa Maria Novella, the Duomo, the eight-sided Baptistery, and the Medici Chapels.

DAY 9-11: Continue on your adventure and depart Florence for travel to Venice. Venice, the bridge between east and west, is magnificent with its 118 islands, 160 canals, and 400 bridges. St. Mark's Square is the center of Venetian life and home to such important sites as St. Marks's Cathedral, the colorful Doge's Palace, and the famous Bell Tower. No trip to Venice is complete without a gondola ride, Venice's most typical form of transportation. Other highlights of the city may include the Academia, the Santa Maria dell Salute, Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, glass blowing studios, and the historic churches along the Grand Canal.

DAY 12: Depart Venice for the United States, taking with you unforgettable memories of your incredible journey.
